The Woods Cabo is Tiger Woods's signature restaurant concept at the exclusive Diamante Resort, open to the public. Executive Chef Larbi Dahrouch — whose career began in the Michelin-starred kitchen of Jean-Louis Palladin (the 'father of the farm-to-table movement in America') and who previously helmed Acre Restaurant in Los Cabos — coined the term 'Mexiterranean' to describe his unique style: Mexican ingredients infused with Mediterranean technique. The Diamante estate's one-hectare organic farm supplies the kitchen with vegetables and herbs daily. The menu spans Wagyu and hand-cut premium proteins, sushi and handcrafted rolls, Neapolitan and Romana wood-fired pizzas, fresh Pacific seafood, and Baja-inspired cocktails. An on-site butcher shop and sushi bar offer dine-in or carry-out options. Multiple large screens make it a premium sports-viewing venue without sacrificing culinary quality.
